Salary: £42,000 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals, brand voice, and target audience within the software development industry.
- • Manage and grow presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with content tailored to each channel.
- • Create engaging, tech-focused content (posts, articles, videos, infographics) that resonates with developers, clients, and industry partners.
- • Plan and run paid social campaigns to support lead generation, recruitment, and brand awareness initiatives.
- • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
- • Monitor analytics and prepare reports to evaluate performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies.
- • Stay updated on trends in software development, digital marketing, and social media to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Project Coordinator

Salary: £33,400 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

- • Work with product owners to understand and groom the requirements
- • Help the team in effort estimations, architecture and design discussions and maintaining quality

- • Represent the company in the Market: Act as a visible and trusted face of the company in Europe, strengthening brand presence through executive networking, industry events, and thought leadership.
- • Build Executive Relationships: Engage and influence C-level stakeholders, understanding their strategies, challenges, and transformation priorities.
- • Lead Enterprise Sales: Own full enterprise B2B sales cycle in Western Europe, from prospecting to negotiation and client closure.

Salary: £94,600.00 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Oversee key accounts within customer base, identifying and negotiating both contract renewal and expansion opportunities either directly or along with one of the account managers, for larger enterprise customers.
- • Build and nurture customer relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure they maximize productivity and value from our platform.
- • Proactively meet with new customers to ensure they receive effective product training tailored to their business needs.
- • Follow, manage and mold our customer journey while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure an exemplary customer experience.
- • Monitor product utilization and account health, turning every user into a champion.
- • Collect customer feedback, reviewing and filtering it for our Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve our product.
- • Require a deep understanding of our platform and the problems we solve, maximizing the value our customers get out of the customer company and keeping an eye out for expansion opportunities.
