Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute the sales strategy for software development services to drive consistent revenue growth.
- • Own and manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts, including managing complex and high-value deals.

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- • Qualify all incoming sales requests and new registrations through emails and discovery calls, involving AEs when needed, and handle smaller upsell or new deals directly.
- • Based on agreed parameters, qualify leads and pass only fully vetted, sales-accepted opportunities (SAOs) to AEs.
- • Support converting Monthly paying customers to Annual Customer requests.

Responsibilities:
- • Set the vision and operating model for global IT support (Service desks, End User Computing, Service Integration Management, & Projects), ensuring aligned service delivery, measurable outcomes (SLAs), and continual improvement.
- • Chair programme governance forums, drive decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain robust risk, issue, and dependency management.

- • Champion endpoint management and automation, implementing streamlined device onboarding, patching, and application lifecycle processes to maximise operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
