Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Remote, the UK
Type: Permanent
Salary: £9,583.34 gross per month
Responsibilities:
- • Acquire new enterprise logos and manage the UK sales pipeline, negotiating complex deals with C-level executives for our innovative SaaS product.
- • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to maximize revenue growth in the UK market, identifying and creating new business opportunities for the Agentic AI product to drive UK market entry.
- • Deliver impactful presentations and lead executive-level workshops, clearly articulating the value and ROI of the solutions to enterprise customers.
- • Act as a strategic consultant to UK enterprises, tailoring offerings to meet specific industry and market needs.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
- • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategy, ensure smooth deal execution, and support successful onboarding.
Data Analyst
Location: Remote, the UK
Type: Permanent
Salary: £51,100 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Advise customers on the best way to shape and model their data for connectivity, analytics, and intelligence use cases through the platform.
- • Perform technical data analysis and mapping for new customer workflows and product requirements, such as integrations between systems or for software provider use cases.
- • Contribute to the creation of dashboards and data visualizations to communicate product and performance insights effectively.
- • Work with product and engineering to contribute to new software features that drive high-value outcomes for users.
- • Work with internal and partner customer adoption teams to support end users to ensure the data pipeline is optimal and delivering to the customer's needs.
- • Contribute to product and customer documentation on data features, mapping logic, and technical projects.
- • Be responsible for end-to-end data mapping, analysis, and presentation activities to stakeholders.
- • Additional projects as needed and agreed upon between the Team Member and the Company.
Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote, the UK
Type: Permanent
Salary: £80,209 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Projects encompass those related to critical operational practices, systems, and procedures; grantmaking portfolios; organisational development; and events.
- • Common projects to deliver include but are not limited to: portfolio development and strategy, fundraising events and convenings, team collaboration tools and structures, and internal data management systems.
- • Conduct scoping conversations with organisations' senior leadership to identify and refine the goals and deliverables for a project, considering cultural nuances and expectations.
- • Strategically develop comprehensive project frameworks, timelines, work plans, meeting agendas, and costs/resource estimates.
- • Manage project team members and negotiate with any relevant contractors for the project, as applicable.
- • Lead all communications with internal and external stakeholders covering the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Southern Africa.
- • Working across multiple time zones, monitor project progress, track the budget and resources, ensure timely and high-quality implementation, and provide the client with regular updates, incorporating feedback into the project implementation.
- • Anticipate potential barriers to project success and proactively plan for contingency scenarios.
Associate Design Lead
Location: Remote, the UK
Type: Permanent
Salary: £61,425 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Communication: communicate accurately to production, technology and art - closing any gaps in understanding so that everyone is aligned on the design intent.
- • Initiative: act confidently, make decisions to unblock others using your detailed understanding of the project.
- • Problem solving: break down complex problems into simple steps. Understand all constraints to find the right answer for the specific team/project in question.
- • Innovation: identify the right places to innovate and the right places to keep to the tried and tested, communicate the difference clearly.
- • Quality: proactively identify quality issues early, prioritise and help develop solutions.
- • Ownership: be accountable for the user experience of whatever you're working on - doing whatever is needed to resolve issues.
- • Create succinct "1-pager" designs that clearly articulate why the design is needed, how it solves the identified need, and the design itself.
- • Can break a complex design into smaller chunks e.g. MVP, V1, V2 etc.
- • Takes feedback well and incorporates it into their future efforts.
- • Where constraints to a design are given, stay within them. Help identify any constraints as part of the design process.
- • Communicate effectively within the team, and cross discipline.
- • Raise bugs when discovered with accurate descriptions.
- • Identify risks to development early and escalate when needed.
- • Builds morale across teams by recognising strong efforts, contributions and providing feedback.
Principal Partnerships Director
Location: Remote, the UK
Type: Permanent
Salary: £203,000 gross per year
Responsibilities:
- • Define and lead the regional channel GTM strategy across the UK, Western Europe, and MEA, owning indirect sales targets, revenue models, and commercial execution.
- • Build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem from inception, aligning global objectives with regional growth priorities across hyperscalers (Microsoft Azure), AI platforms (OpenAI), Salesforce, SIs, contact centre providers, and VARs.
- • Own regional commercial strategy and policy, including pricing, margin structures, and partner incentives, informed by market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing EMEA partnerships organization, defining headcount plans, hiring senior partner leaders, and embedding a culture of commercial excellence.
- • Coach teams on complex enterprise and co-sell motions, enabling successful negotiation of high-value, multi-stakeholder deals within cloud and AI-driven environments.
